Brice's Champagne Brut 'Héritage' comes from selected vineyards in and around Bouzy, where Pinot Noir and Chardonnay dominate the vineyards. The base wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation, to accentuate the fruity character of the wine. The nose reveals intense floral aromas embraced by intriguing hints of resin, crowned by subtle pastry aromas. On the palate, it is soft, well-balanced, with a mouth-watering, structured mouthfeel. Ideal for grilled fish, perhaps as an ingredient for refined dishes
Intense golden yellow and elegant bubble
Intense fruity hints with apple, grapefruit, then resinous scents and slight hints of pastry
Smooth and well-balanced, quite structured and juicy on the palate
