The Etna Rosso 'Prephylloxera' Flavia Wines is a true rarity, a red wine produced from very old vines over 130 years old! These vines are planted to Nerello Mascalese and Cappuccio, the volcano's identity vines, the authors of a red that, after almost 5 years of ageing, is able to amaze. The breadth of the bouquet is immediately evident on the nose, with hints of sweet spices and flowers followed by underbrush and slight hints of tobacco. The palate offers distinct minerality and delicate tannins, a perfect companion for refined meat dishes
