The Falanghina del Sannio di Feudi di San Gregorio is a fresh and versatile white wine, perfect as an aperitif or with fish dishes, vegetables and fresh cheeses. It ferments in steel at a low temperature and then matures for about five months on the lees, again in steel, to accentuate the fragrance of the fruit. Small white flowers and crisp white-fleshed fruit emerge on the nose. The taste is balanced, agile, with a crisp finish that invites one to sip
