Feudi di San Gregorio's Fiano di Avellino is a very typical Campania white, vinified in steel with brief ageing on the lees. A fragrant expression of this indigenous grape, the nose reveals fresh flowers, ripe yellow fruit and even candied fruit on the finish. The sip is soft, a rather traditional trait of the variety, well balanced by freshness and minerality. Great Mediterranean profile, perfect with tasty shellfish plateau
