Sergio Genuardi's Nero d'Avola Rosé is the result of a sunrise and a sunset, the memory of a September harvest. After the harvest, the grapes underwent a brief maceration so as to restore the colour of that evening sky. With an angular but elegant character, the nose releases aromas of strawberry and raspberry with delicate hints of rose. The palate is fresh and lively with a pleasant savouriness that dominates the sip. Ideal with Mediterranean dishes such as pasta with swordfish and tomato
