Riesling Hochklaus 2021

The Riesling from the HochKlaus wine cellar is an astonishing white wine, produced with long ageing in wood and great structure. It is born on extreme slopes, reaching as much as 85%! A heroic viticulture, chosen to express the territory to the full. The nose is complex, dominated by intense citrus aromas with hints of flint. On the palate it is energetic, very fresh and with structure and roundness. Not the usual Riesling, an intriguing wine to accompany mountain dishes with fish or cheese
