Tenuta Magrini's Rosé 'Giglio Rosa' is made from indigenous grapes from the hilly terrain around the winery, which operates in an artisanal manner, seeking tension between innovation and tradition. Only steel and spontaneous yeasts for this fresh and lively wine. Intense hints of red fruits such as currants meet citrus and herbaceous hints on the nose. The palate is agile and balanced, very fresh and offers a savoury and persistent finish

The Rosé 'Giglio Rosa' of the Piedmontese Tenuta Magrini winery represents a rose interpretation of a traditional black grape variety, to be appreciated for its graceful floral hints. The context in which the Monferrato Tenuta Magrini winery operates is rich in biodiversity, safeguarded by the estate by implementing sustainable viticulture, based on the dictates of organic farming, and by preserving the woodland adjoining the property, which is also favourable for promoting the daily temperature range. In fact, strolling through the vineyards, it is not uncommon to come across hares, badgers and even fawns, testifying to the thriving biodiversity that animates the estate.
Tenuta Magrini Rosé 'Giglio Rosa' is produced from a single black berry variety grown under a certified organic system. The vines were planted over 20 years ago on soils rich in limestone and marl, at an altitude of 350 metres above sea level with a beautiful southern exposure. Following the harvest, which is carried out entirely by hand, the grapes are transferred to the cellar where, after a brief maceration on the skins, the must undergoes spontaneous alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks thanks to the intervention of indigenous yeasts alone. No clarification or filtration is carried out during the entire process, while the doses of added sulphites are minimal.
The 'Giglio Rosa' Tenuta Magrini Rosé has a light cherry pink colour. The nose offers intense aromas of fresh red fruits such as redcurrant, cherry and pomegranate, complemented by clear floral hints, pleasant herbaceous notes and citrusy hints of pink grapefruit. The sip is agile and refreshing, of good balance and persistence, with a savoury and juicy finish that invites new tastings.
