Rapitalà's Red 'Hugonis' represents the marriage of Sicily and the world, with its blend of Cabernet and Nero d'Avola. Produced on the Camporeale estate from vineyards at an altitude of 300-400 metres, this is a full-bodied red that matures for a long time in barrels, barriques and bottles. On the nose the bouquet is broad and complex, with clear varietal references of red fruit and spices. On the palate emerges a full-bodied wine with a remarkable structure, very tannic and with a long sip. Perfect with red meats, mature cheeses and cured meats
