Belisario's Verdicchio di Matelica Riserva 'Cambrugiano' was among the first Verdicchios to bear the mention 'Riserva', and has been produced since 1988. It is a symbol for the winery, which strongly believes in the potential of this grape variety. This white matures for 2 years, including one full year in oak barrels, giving it structure and complexity. The nose is broad, with evolved floral hints of dried broom that embrace spicy and sweet notes of vanilla. On the palate it is structured, with typical savouriness, but the taste is persuasive and harmonious. Try it with elaborate fish dishes such as an impepata or with the typical casciotta d'Urbino
