Aida i Luis Vinyaters is a young Spanish bodega born in 2018 within the DO Alicante territory, in the first hinterland of the Mediterranean coast, halfway between Valencia and Murcia. The project is the brainchild of a couple of winemakers, who after several professional experiences decided to embark on a personal adventure and put their savoir-faire to good use to give life to a small estate. The basic idea is to produce quality artisanal wines that are a faithful and authentic expression of their terroir of origin. It is an initiative to make a limited number of bottles, with attention to the smallest details and intended for an audience of connoisseurs and enthusiasts in search of true flavors and wines with unique personality and character.

The production area is characterized by a typical Mediterranean climate, warm and sunny, but which can count on the beneficial effect of sea breezes, which mitigate temperatures and keep the vines well ventilated at all times, preventing possible rot. The soils are highly suitable for quality viticulture. They are fine-textured, composed mainly of silt and sand, very draining and poor in organic matter. Vines are forced from a young age to go very deep in search of water and nutrients, and for this reason the adult vines are able to survive even periods of drought without experiencing water stress and dangerous stoppages in the ripening of the clusters.

The Aida i Luis Vinyaters estate is located in the beautiful hilly area of Marina Alta, within the Alicante DO area. The property is only three hectares in size, divided into small plots specially chosen so that each variety can express itself in the optimal way. Between the rows are grown the grape varieties historically found in this region of Spain, particularly the native Moscatel and Giró. The excellent quality of the grapes and careful vinification allow for the production of a range of excellent artisanal wines that perfectly express the authentic character of this sunny, Mediterranean terroir.
