The I Campi winery is a young establishment in the heart of the eastern Valpolicella area, particularly in the upper Val d'Illasi, which produces elegant and fresh wines that are typical of the territory. The soul of the winery is Flavio Prà, who is part of the fourth generation of a historic family of winemakers in the Soave area and a consultant winemaker for many other important wineries in the Veneto and other regions of Italy. Flavio has been producing his own wines since 2006, developing a range that combines modernity with an intimate expression of the territory and focusing on ensuring the uniqueness of their origins.

The vineyards of I Campi extend over 14 hectares at an altitude ranging from 250 to 550 metres above sea level and are distributed over 5 cru vineyards which are cultivated using the Guyot and Pergoletta Veronese systems. The most important ones are Campo Vulcano, Campo Prognare and Campo Marna Cinquecento. The characteristics that they all have in common are their southern exposure, the cool breezes coming from the Lessini Mountains, the significant temperature range and the depth of the soil. The composition of the soils varies and brings out different characteristics in the grapes. Campo Vulcano has volcanic soils and produces balanced and harmonious Soave wines with a strong mineral imprint. At Campo Prognare the soils are rich in gravel and sand, giving the wines intense aromatic notes and strong spiced sensations. Finally, the Campo Marna Cinquecento, which is a cru of the finest geological value, and the best in the winery, has limestone and marl soils with fossils that create an almost lunar landscape. From this cru comes the noble Amarone wine.

In the cellar, the vinification phases are carried out both in steel and in wood, depending on the type of grapes. Flavio's production approach is based on the search for the essence of the vines and their pure expression. The main objective is to produce expressions of the highest quality that passionately express the territory of origin. In fact, the name I Campi ("the fields") reflects the idea that the soil plays a fundamental role in determining the characteristics of the resulting wine. Flavio's winemaking can be defined as respectful and controlled, which aims to avoid altering the expressive potential of the wine in any way. The bottles of the I Campi winery have received several awards and recognitions, confirming their excellent quality once again. All of them feature great finesse and elegance, rendering them the perfect match for even the most important occasions.
