The Bourgogne Rouge from Étable des Vins is a rather full-bodied and intense Pinot Noir from one of the warmest areas of Burgundy. It is one of the winery's first cuvées, a product of immediate drinkability and pleasantness. The nose reveals black cherry and fine, well-integrated 'boisé' hints. In the mouth it is silky, with a fine tannic texture and a good balance between the warmth of the sip and the final freshness. Excellent with white meats, cured meats or autumn mushroom dishes
