The Champagne Brut "Collection 245" from the famous Louis Roederer winery is a fresh and enveloping sparkling wine that seduces the palate with a velvety and smooth taste. This label is made with carefully selected Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes and aged on its lees for at least 48 months. The colour is deep straw yellow with golden reflections, and the nose reveals notes of peach, dried fruit, honey and butter. The taste is decisive, mineral, fruity, elegant and with a long-lasting finish

Louis Roederer's Brut Champagne "Collection 245" is a label created to highlight the history and tradition of a great Maison. It is part of the famous brand's new Champagne collections, which focus on enhancing the characteristics of the terroir. The number indicates the harvests that have taken place since the date of foundation among the rows of the domaine. The name Collection emphasises its exclusive nature, a true synthesis of the vineyards cultivated in the most suitable locations and the precious heritage of reserve wines. It is a rich and full-bodied Champagne with a gourmand character, suitable for those who prefer a soft and seductive sip, with ripe and satisfying fruit.

Collection 245 is a Brut Champagne from the renowned Louis Roederer Maison, created from a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes from various vineyards located in different areas of the estate. The three grape varieties are vinified separately and by plot. The grapes are gently pressed and the free-run juice ferments in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After several months of ageing, the vins clairs of the vintage are blended with approximately 45% reserve wines, which give the cuvée complexity and maturity. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise method, with a minimum of 48 months sur lattes before dégorgement.

Louis Roederer's Brut "Collection 245" is a non-vintage Champagne of great elegance, which well represents the classic and refined style of the Maison, which has always been committed to creating cuvées that best express the characteristics of a terroir of the highest quality. In the glass, it is a bright light yellow colour with brilliant golden reflections. The perlage is fine, delicate and continuous. The bouquet is rich and intense, with notes of ripe yellow fruit, peach, pineapple, hints of tropical fruit, lemon zest, candied citrus, soft pastries and acacia honey, hints of toasted hazelnut and almond. The palate is full, clear and deep, with remarkable complexity and aromatic persistence, accompanied by a pleasant mineral freshness.
