Champagne Extra Brut 'Le Triau' Dremont Marroy

Dremont Marroy's Extra Brut Champagne 'Le Triau' embodies the spirit of Champagne and its regenerative agricultural practices. 'Triau' are in fact local practices of minimal intervention, aimed at maintaining the ecosystem. In the cellar, the wine evolves in oak and does not undergo malolactic fermentation, before moving on to re-fermentation in the bottle. On the nose, white flowers, citrus fruits and vanilla are perceived, while the palate is mainly characterised by freshness and roundness
