The Extra Brut 'Mont Marvin' Champagne from Lacroix-Triaulaire is the result of a single plot in the Côte des Bar, the Mont Marvin, where Pinot Meunier expresses great quality in an area not usual for this vine. The base wine is vinified entirely in small barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place, and then spends 6 years in the bottle before disgorging. The nose has hints of white apple, acacia honey and pleasant aromas of sweet vanilla. The palate is crisp, elegant and dry, with a long freshness and saline presence. Excellent with soft cheeses

Colour:
Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine perlage
Scent:
Very fragrant with pear and apple, accents of quince, acacia honey and bourbon vanilla
Taste:
Elegant and with good freshness, creamy bubbles, crisp and silky on the finish
