CHAMPAGNE ROSÉ BRUT 'GOLD' ARMAND DE BRIGNAC DESCRIPTION

Maison Armand de Brignac's Champagne Rosé Brut "Gold" is a bottle of absolute prestige, standing at the top of its production. The label represents the high-end brand of the famous Maison Cattier, which wanted to create a luxury Champagne, made with a meticulous selection of the best grapes from the estate and with an artisanal winemaking process, with attention to the smallest details. The result is the maximum expression of an elegant and refined rosé, combining intensity and aromatic richness, with limpid mineral freshness.  A Champagne for connoisseurs, to be enjoyed on a special occasion.

Maison Armand de Brignac's Rosé Brut "Gold" is the spearhead of the work of the Cattier family, which has been cultivating vines in Chigny-les-Roses for 13 generations and wanted to seal the centuries-old savoir-faire with a small production of high prestige. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes come from only the best plots on the estate, classified Grand Cru and Premier Cru. After soft pressing, separate vinifications are made for each grape variety and vineyard. Fermentations take place partly in steel tanks and partly in wood. After several months of aging, reserve wines from two previous vintages and, according to tradition, a small percentage of Pinot Noir vinified in red are added to the base wines of the vintage. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a stay sur lattes of at least 36 months.

Maison Armand de Brignac's "Gold" Rosé Brut is a Champagne that in just a few years has been able to gain critical attention, rightfully entering the elite of the greatest champagnes. It presents itself with a beautiful bright pink color with brilliant reflections. The perlage is particularly fine and delicate, continuous and very persistent. The bouquet gives refined floral aromas, delicate citrus fragrances, aromas of raspberry, red currant, wild strawberry and hints of medicinal herbs. With good structure and fruity richness, it has a rich and harmonious sip, which finds a perfect expressive balance in a lively final freshness.
