Chardonnay 'De Marne et d'Argile' Eric Thill 2023

Eric Thill's Chardonnay 'De Marne et d'Argile' is a fine white wine from the Jura, produced with artisanal sensitivity following an organic regime in the vineyard. It comes from 50-year-old vines and is aged in barrels filled on the fine lees. The nose reveals citrus fruits and ripe white fruit with buttery and savoury notes on the finish. The palate is soft, warm, savoury and pleasantly unctuous. Perfect with smoked fish, fried seafood and white meat
