Melini's Chianti Classico 'Granaio' originates between Castellina in Chianti and San Donato in Poggio and takes its name from an ancient hamlet where the area's granary was located. Produced from Sangiovese grapes and indigenous varieties. The nose offers fresh notes of red fruits and spices, while the palate is dynamic, with soft tannins and good persistence. Excellent with traditional Tuscan meat dishes
Brilliant ruby red
Intense cherry, slight hints of blood orange, violet flowers and hints of cinnamon and tobacco
Structured but very fresh, juicy, with soft tannins
