The Hochklaus "Cuvée Hanni" is a complex white wine, a fine expression of the Alto Adige region and the work of the cellar. It is a skilful blend of Pinot Bianco, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Kerner and Müller Thurgau, grape varieties that have become the identity of the region, grown at high altitudes between 30 and 50 degrees. This is a wine of great clarity and cleanliness, thanks to the long period spent in amphorae, with part of the mass also resting in oak barrels. A wine of substance, with intense aromas of exotic fruit that meet white wild flowers on the finish. The palate is structured and creamy, with the mineral profile typical of mountain wines
Intense straw yellow with golden highlights
Intense aromas of exotic fruits such as lychee and mango with floral notes of jasmine and vanilla
Creamy palate with a mineral freshness, tasty and round
