L'Honorine' from the Sàgona winery is a tribute to the Marseilles of the writer Jean-Claude Izzo. The winery works vineyards at a moderate altitude, a factor that gives its wines great freshness, and this Sangiovese in pink is no exception. The short maceration gives fresh and lively fruit aromas, with citrus notes and distinct hints of red fruits. On the palate it stands out for its savouriness and freshness, the juicy sip invites drinking. Ideal with seafood starters but also with Mediterranean meat dishes
