The Lo Zoccolaio 'Suculé-Baccanera-Nubié' Box is an elegant wooden box containing a bottle of Barbera d'Alba Superiore 'Suculé', a bottle of Langhe Rosso 'Baccanera' and a bottle of Langhe Nebbiolo 'Nubié'. In particular, the Barbera d'Alba Superiore 'Suculé' originates from only Barbera grapes grown between the communes of Barolo and Monforte d'Alba, vinified in red through alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks in contact with the skins and subsequent ageing for 18 months in French oak barriques. This Barbera emerges as much for its pulpy fruit and intense spiciness as for the richness and generosity typical of the variety. In contrast, the Langhe Rosso 'Baccanera' originates from a complex blend of Barbera, Merlot, Nebbiolo and Cabernet Sauvignon grown between Barolo and Monforte d'Alba. Here too, ageing takes place in French oak barriques for a period of 18 months, a factor that contributes to the aromatic complexity and softness of the tannins. Lastly, the Langhe Nebbiolo 'Nubié' presents the freshest and crispest aspect of the Langhe area, also thanks to the processing entirely in steel that enhances the characteristics of the vine and the terroir.
