Sagona's 'ViNotte' is a Tuscan white wine that is the result of a special vinification process. The Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes from the winery's other wine, Primi Passi, are pressed again after a night's rest, hence the name, to obtain a more concentrated wine. The nose releases aromas of ripe white fruit such as peach and apricot with floral notes. The palate is structured, fresh and pleasantly savoury
Intense straw yellow
Hints of ripe apple then peach and apricot with notes of jasmine
Fresh and full-bodied, savoury on the finish
