RED WINE CABERNET SAUVIGNON LIS NERIS 2019 DESCRIPTION

Cabernet Sauvignon by Lis Neris is a wine that stands out for its elegance and smoothness. The grapes do not really need to present, as even in areas of Friuli have found plenty of room to grow. The low yields and stripping forces, which can encourage a more Mediterranean mature, combined with a steeping not too long are able to give life to an intense wine, perfume hot and curvy. Even this Cabernet Sauvignon is the result of a productive mentality to achieving a higher quality wine; a philosophy that has for years been the hallmark of the company of Alvaro Pecorari and that over the years led it to excel in Friuli and national level. The low yields per hectare and a microzone that seems to perfectly enhance the features of many grape varieties grown in the area are the ingredients by which we can taste the unique wines of Lis Neris. The winery is located in San Lorenzo Isontino since 1879; since then 4 generations of the family Pecorari have contributed with their hard work and passion for the construction and growth of one of the most interesting of the whole region. The Cabernet Sauvignon is no exception: an intriguing wine, the perfect representation of the mentality of Lis Neris.
