Dremont Marroy's Champagne Brut Nature 'Eclosion Pur Meunier' is a vintage sparkling wine that expresses all the authenticity of Pinot Meunier. In the cellar, egg-shaped cement vats and wooden barrels are used to promote oxygenation during the resting period on the lees. The nose is very complex, with hints of almond and frangipane crowned by vanilla and saline hints. The palate is crisp, lively and ample with a persistent freshness and great savoury tension
