Malbec 'Inca' Vallisto is a traditional Argentinian Malbec, full-bodied and fruity. This Malbec comes from the Cafayate valley, where some of the highest vineyards in the world are located. Here, the grapes ripen slowly and fully, thanks to the temperature ranges ideal for quality viticulture. The nose oozes typical dark fruit scents, as well as hints of spice. The tannic structure and juiciness make it perfect with red meats, medium-aged cheeses and cured meats
