This Renosu Bianco by Dettori is a wine very special, perfect for those who want to taste something original and charming. The aromatic range is large and complex, intertwined fragrant ripe fruit nuances of herbs and salt. It has a residual sugar of 18 grams per liter which makes it slightly sweet, with a taste that much closer to Alsace to traditional Sardinian white. In the mouth, this Renosu convinces the perfect balance between the input almost sweet and the final notes focused on saline. A white wine of great character, with a value for money really surprising. About Alessandro Dettori and his steadfast commitment to the biodynamic philosophy. The use of sulfur dioxide is minimized, while not absolutely used yeasts or chemicals. A natural wine, in the highest sense of the term and noble.
