TRENTO SPUMANTE BRUT ROSÉ ALTEMASI DESCRIPTION

Trento Spumante Brut Rosé is a product from which the stylistic signature of Altemasi's production emerges. Refinement, elegance and drinkability are in fact the three main characteristics of this label, created from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, which are always found in every product in the range made in Ravina, in the province of Trento. An extremely versatile bubble in the kitchen, to be savoured with gusto right down to the last drop.

This Trento Spumante Brut Rosé is the result of a skilful blend that Altemasi makes between two international grape varieties that are decidedly complementary when presented in the form of bubbles, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The vines of these two varieties are cultivated around the Valle dei Laghi and the hills surrounding Trento, at an altitude of between 450 and 600 metres above sea level. The grapes of these varieties, after an initial fermentation, re-ferment in the bottle, as is the rule for the production of Metodo Classico. It remains to mature on the lees for 18 months, until disgorging, dosage and subsequent bottling.

The Brut Rosé Trento Spumante made by the Altemasi winery reveals itself to the eye with a light and not very intense rosé colour, with some light reflections tending towards coppery on the rim. The perlage is fine-grained and has a good duration. The olfactory spectrum moves on an interesting fruity texture, from which floral nuances emerge. In the mouth, it is light-bodied, lively and jaunty, with a simple sip that can be drunk with voluptuousness; it ends with a finish of excellent aromatic persistence. An ideal bubbly to kick off the summer season, freeing the mind from thoughts and indulging in an excellent quality product.
