Melini's Occhio di Pernice is a Vin Santo del Chianti Classico with an amber yellow colour reminiscent of the partridge. It is aged for more than 10 years in small oak barrels called 'caratelli' and takes on a full, harmonious character with a long persistence. It exudes hints of plum, blackberry, violet and tobacco and can be paired with both dry pastries with cream and tasty, well-aged cheeses. Also very suitable as a meditation wine
