CHAMPAGNE ROSÉ BRUT 'QUADRILLE' JEAN HU DESCRIPTION

Jean Hû's Champagne Rosé Brut "Quadrille" comes from the beautiful and sunny land of the Champagne region of France, specifically the Vallée de La Marne. The Hû family has been running the winery since the Second World War, first selling their wine in 1948. The passion and love for winemaking was passed down to their son Christian, who, after studying on the field, was placed in the family business. Christian brought with him innovation and new infrastructure, improving the architecture of the winery and building an ideal area for pressing grapes. His daughter Aurélie decided to continue the family's work, ensuring a future for the family's production and business.

The Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in Jean Hû's Champagne Rosé Brut "Quadrille" reach full maturity thanks to the southern exposure of the vineyards with constant sunlight irradiation that allows the grapes to reach full ripeness. Work in the vineyard is careful and meticulous: the vines are pruned in winter to ensure healthy and strong shoots in spring, the exposure of the clusters is guaranteed through foliage aeration in summer and the harvesting is manual to ensure a non-invasive approach. In the cellar, an alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel followed by a second refermentation in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method. It is aged on the lees 24 months.

Jean Hû's Champagne Rosé Brut "Quadrille" presents itself in the glass as an intense pink with brilliant reflections; to the nose it has lively and fragrant aromas of red fruits, flowers and honey. On the palate, the perlage reveals itself to be delicate and persistent with a balance and finesse that entice drinking glass after glass. It is recommended to be paired with steamed fish and shellfish, fish tartare and smoked salmon; also interesting with vegetable dishes. Ideal for formal aperitifs with work colleagues or for holidays with the family to celebrate anniversaries and enjoy the product of a careful work respecting the natural phases of development and maturation of the plant, in order to seek authentic and genuine flavors.
