Champagne Brut 'Cuvée William Deutz' Deutz 2010

The "Cuvée William Deutz" Champagne of the Deutz maison champenoise is a large, opulent and rich expression of the terroir of the Cote des Blancs, long refined for 8 years on the lees. The smell reveals complexity and strength out of the ordinary, playing on notes of pastry and freshly baked bread, fresh and candied citrus fruit peel, hints of peach and tasty spice of cocoa and caramel, discovering in a creamy and mineral mouthfeel, of infinite persistence and elegant materiality.
