Primitivo Dolce Natural was the first wine from Puglia to obtain, in 2010, the term DOCG, a result that highlight the production of high quality wines in Puglia. This is a very special wine, from the drying of the grapes that is done on the plant, as rarely happens with dessert wines. The harvest is risky, but capable of giving wines really intriguing. Cantine San Marzano, one of the most important and best known wineries in the region, suggests Primitivo Dolce "11 Filari", a sweet wine made from Zinfandel, able to tell the Salento countryside and give pleasant moments of tasting!
