COTES DU RHONE ROUGE DOMAINE DE BEAURENARD 2021 DESCRIPTION

The Cotes du Rhone Rouge Domaine de Beaurenard is a blend in which each grape variety has a distinct role. The Grenache, which dominates the final blend, brings body and structure, while Syrah and Cinsault give the bottle the fruity component and elegance that can be felt in the mouth during the rounded and timely tasting. A harmonious label, perfectly constructed by the Domaine de Beaurenard, the historical reality of the area that has always been dedicated to producing traditional Provençal wines, resulting from an artisanal and natural approach.

This Cotes du Rhone Rouge Domaine de Beaurenard originates from a blend where the Grenache grape plays the lead role, followed by a smaller percentage of Cinsault and Syrah. The three grape varieties grow in vineyards surrounding the commune of Orange, north of Chateneuf du Pape, according to organic and biodynamic farming criteria, in perfect harmony with nature and the moon's cycles. The must obtained after pressing the grapes ferments spontaneously thanks to the presence of indigenous yeasts for between 15 and 24 days. This is followed by final ageing, in which the wine rests for 12 months in oak barrels.

Cotes du Rhone Rouge Domaine de Beaurenard presents itself to the eye with a ruby colour. The aromas that develop on the nose tell an olfactory story made up of notes of small red fruits enriched by nuances of sweet spices, primarily vanilla. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, characterized by a rounded sip that envelops the palate with a fresh, elegant and delicate taste. A linear red, synonymous with assurance, reassuring as the drinking unfolds, to be paired on the table with land menus but also - served slightly cooler, with seafood risottos.
