WHITE WINE PINOT GRIGIO 'SANCT VALENTIN' SAN MICHELE APPIANO 2020 DESCRIPTION

The Pinot Grigio "Sanct Valentin" by San Michele Appiano is one of the historic wines of the famous cellart of the South Tyrol; which has become a reference point for the world of wine, San Michele Appiano is one of those wineries that have failed to disclose the nature and the flexibility of its territory. Founded in 1907, today sees in Hans Terzer his winemaker that, in the “Sanct Valentin” line, is able to show all his skill and experience, giving rise to unique wines such as Pinot Grigio, the result of the selection of the best grapes harvested. The Pinot Grigio "Sanct Valentin" by San Michele Appiano is an elegant wine, with a deep minerality and a great aging potential. The cellar San Michele Appiano knows that the work begins in the vineyard; it is here that we start to produce a great wine, this Pinot Grigio "Sanct Valentin" born of vineyards selected and placed between 420 and 600 meters above sea level, facing south-east and south-west, on gravelly soils with a nice lime content.
