Adami's Brut "Garbel" is a Prosecco that makes freshness and pleasantness of fruit its winning weapon. It is a young and simple sparkling wine made from Glera grapes grown in the hilly area in the province of Treviso. It is re-fermented in autoclaves according to the Martinotti or Charmat Method so as to preserve the delicate, slightly aromatic profile of Glera, characterized by floral notes and fragrant white fruit aromas. The low dosage gives a dry, crisp and clean sip of great taste pleasure.
Prosecco Brut "Garbel" is produced by one of the most important wineries in the Prosecco area. For almost a century, Adami has been cultivating vineyards in the Valdobbiadene area in Colbertaldo di Vidor and in valuable plots such as "Col Credas" and "Vigna Giardino." He also manages other plots in the Treviso Hills area for the production of Prosecco DOC. The great experience and the name, always linked to quality, are the best guarantee that all the labels in the range reflect a rigorous company philosophy, always striving for excellence. Adami's sparkling wines, in fact, never betray expectations and hold true to an interpretation of the terroir linked to tradition and the desire to bring to the glass the best varietal characteristics of the Glera grape in its integrity and purity.
"Garbel" Prosecco Brut from the Adami winery takes its name from a dialect expression meaning dry and fresh, two adjectives particularly suited to describe the profile of this Treviso sparkling wine. The grapes come from Glera vines grown on the moraine-alluvial hills of the Treviso area at an altitude of 150 to 200 meters above sea level. After soft pressing, fermentation of the must take place in steel tanks. The wine rests for 3 months in steel tanks on the fine lees before being transferred to autoclaves for frothing and sparkling with the Martinotti Method. It is straw yellow in colour with a perlage of good finesse and persistence. The bouquet expresses aromas of white flowers and fragrant citrus fruits, aromas of pear and green apple. The sip is pleasantly fruity and creamy, with a finish of great freshness. It is a fresh and simple Prosecco, ideal to enjoy at aperitif time.
