'Ou Yea' is a rosé wine from the Xaló valley produced with a local red berried grape, the Giró. It remains fresh and balanced on the sip, with an almost salty and tasty tone, punctuated by aromas of lychees, citrus fruits, berries and pleasant floral fragrances

The 'Ou Yea' of Aida I Luis Vinyaters is a wine produced by a Spanish winery located in the territory between Valencia and Murcia, precisely in the first hinterland of the Mediterranean coast. The project was born from the dream of two young winemakers who, in 2018, decided to give life to a production that would emphasise wines mirroring the beauty of this territory, cultivating native vines in suitable microclimates so that each of them could express their potential to the full.
The pure Girò grapes of Aida I Luis Vinyaters' 'Ou Yea' grow in Mediterranean climates with hot, sunny summers and winters with mild temperatures thanks to the influence of sea breezes that also make the vines well-ventilated, preventing humidity between the rows. The soils are mainly composed of silt and sand, poor in organic matter and often drought-prone, although the vine plants have learnt to survive these periods by pushing their roots deep underground to seek water. The grapes are harvested by hand, and once in the cellar, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts in steel. It matures a few months in steel before being bottled.
The colour of Aida I Luis Vinyaters' 'Ou Yea' is a pale pink with bright highlights. The aromas are floral, aromatic herbs and hints of red fruits such as pomegranate, with smooth and delicate marine notes on the finish; in the mouth, it enters delicately, sensing Mediterranean notes, savouriness and freshness. It pairs perfectly with shellfish and crustacean dishes, sushi and sashimi, smoked salmon and fish tartare. An excellent product to enjoy for light-hearted and goliardic dinners with friends or family lunches to celebrate important milestones and enjoy in the glass a product that encapsulates the genuine flavours of the Spanish land, thanks to the work of winemakers who respect the nature surrounding us.
