'Tilt' from the Montecorneo winery is a fresh, aromatic rosé wine whose lightness is meant to recall a delicate Provençal rosé. On the nose it expresses notes of wild strawberry, dog rose and slight herbaceous hints, while on the palate it offers a fresh, flowing sip, supported by good minerality. An ideal wine to drink with fish and shellfish!

The 'Tilt' from the Umbrian winery Montecorneo is a rosé wine of precious smoothness and verticality that is the result of a genuine agronomic and oenological approach. At the helm of the Montecorneo estate is the Ceccucci-Gallina family, who, in addition to viticulture, are dedicated to the production of delicious oils from local cultivars, cured meats from pigs bred by the same family, and vinegar made from grapes discarded during the green harvest, all of which define an all-round agricultural reality. The illustration on the label of this rosé, freely inspired by Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo but with characteristics more akin to a Provençal rosé, is the work of artist Francesco.
Montecorneo rosé 'Tilt' is made from a single black grape variety cultivated on clayey-calcareous soils. The vines, which are between 25 and 30 years old, are trained using the guyot method according to the dictates of certified organic farming. Manual harvesting is followed by direct pressing of the fresh, unstemmed grapes, avoiding contact with oxygen. The subsequent alcoholic fermentation of the must take place spontaneously in stainless steel tanks thanks to the exclusive intervention of the yeasts present on the grapes and in the cellar environment.
Bright pink is the colour of the Montecorneo estate's rosé wine 'Tilt'. The nose expresses fruity and floral sensations of dog rose and wild strawberry, accompanied by delicate herbaceous hints and soft mineral notes. Fresh, upright and drinkable on the palate, marked by a pleasant citrus and mineral finish. This rosé shows excellent versatility in table pairing since it can be paired with both seafood and white meat dishes.
