Matteo Rigoni's 'Balù' is a white wine macerated 5 days on the skins that takes on a full colour with amber highlights. Enveloping and fresh, this organic wine has hints of tropical fruit and yellow fruit, aromas of white flowers and saline hints. It is aged for at least 6 months in clay amphorae before releasing all its creaminess, becoming the ideal companion for tasty vegetable first courses or fish starters
