The Champagne Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs "Les Alliees" by Chartogne Taillet is without a doubt one of the best Champagne of Pinot Meunier in purity, a Champagne skillfully produced by the genius and inspiration of Alexandre Chartogne-Taillet, Récoltant-Manipulant in Merfy , which has been able to further enhance the passion and craftsmanship handed down over the decades from Taillet Fiacre. The "Les Alliees" by Chartogne born homonymous parcel of vines Merfy, of vines growing on rich soils of sand and clay; soils that have a rich water retention which allows to retain all those nutrients that feed the plant; the philosophy of producing Chartogne Taillet is all geared to the shortest possible intervention: after a cold pass, the "Les Alliees" is bottled without filtration and then aging on yeasts and malolactic perform manually.
