Sumoll Blanc Brisat "Metamorphika" Costador is a Catalan white that, in vinification, remains in contact with the skins for a full 3 months! The Catalan term 'Brisat' indicates the macerated type and has a pronounced orange color. Sumoll Blanc is an indigenous variety that, despite its name, has no connection with red Sumoll.
